An experienced Gestalt Psychotherapist with over twenty-five year’s experience both in Private Practice and in hospital settings. Working with clients from diverse cultural and social economic backgrounds has provided me with a firm base from which to work in the most demanding fields.
I specialise in working with clients affected by Gender Dysphoria or questioning their gender identity. Mostly young people and families. Psychotherapy related Qualifications MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy Diploma in Counselling from Southwark College. I am a member of the BACP, & GPTI.

Members of the LGBTQ + community fear being categorised or pathologized whenever they seek clinical care. Therapists and mental health professionals sometimes report become fearful of working therapeutically with LGBTQ+ clients in case they’re accused of practising conversion therapy. The result is LGBTQ+ people don’t then get the care they need and deserve. We will explore practising affirming care while being open to working with clients mental- health challenges.
