We will also delve into the art of initiating collaboration effectively, while demonstrating how to preserve trust and facilitate healthy communication throughout conflict resolution processes. The aim is to empower attendees with practical tools for creating and fostering equitable social dynamics in their respective fields. This session seeks to unlock participants' potential to drive change and build a more inclusive space in the areas of child welfare, family support and community development, through collaboration.
